Clicking on the support icon on the sidebar (the headset) will open a menu listing all your support users;
This shows a list of all Users that are on the Support team:
- Those that are ticked will receive notification of new tickets and status changes to existing tickets.
- Everyone on that list will receive urgent ticket notifications.
This is useful to enable users to be ticked or unticked as being actively on Support.
