What is SPF
SPF is an important Email Anti-Spam feature. It ensures that the server which sends your emails is actually allowed to do so. This in turn makes it much more likely that your emails will land in an Inbox and not a Junk folder.

What you need to do
Log in to the website you use to manage your Company Domain Name (or ask your IT dept to do this step). If you're not sure what I mean by this and don't have an IT dept, this will be your "Domain Registrar" and/or your website/email hosting provider. Common UK Registrars include Amazon Web Services, FastHosts, Go Daddy, Unlimited Web Hosting, Wix etc.
Look for the TXT record for the SPF record for your domain and edit this. If you do not currently have an SPF record, please speak to your IT Team, hosting company and registrar to set this up first. You are likely to need to include, specify other email services (e.g. Outlook, Google) in your SPF record and creating one with just OpenCRM in it could cause deliverability problems with your other email services.
Paste include:spf1.opencrm.co.uk somewhere before the final -all and hit Save.
A common example is having an SPF record that tells the world you only send emails from Outlook: v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all
And adding OpenCRM to this : v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:spf1.opencrm.co.uk -all
These steps will look slightly different on each Registrar's website so I've included a list below of Registrar specific guides. If you get stuck, ask their Support staff for help. The question to ask them is "Please can you help me update my SPF record?". It is important that you don't make any mistakes in this step. If you're not sure, please ask your Registrar's Support for guidance and for them to double check any changes you make.
