Connecting OpenCRM with your phone system

Linking OpenCRM to your telephony platform is a great way to boost customer satisfaction and streamline your daily workflow. Thanks to our integration with Bubble, you no longer have to hunt for customer info when the phone rings — it simply pops up on your screen as soon as a call comes in or goes out. From that pop-up, you can instantly take actions like opening the customer’s record or creating a new activity.

Pop-up notifications

The Bubble integration comes packed with handy, customisable features. You can choose exactly what information appears — and what buttons you want to see — depending on your role, department, or company setup.

Need to transfer a call? The customer’s details move with it, so your colleague sees the same info straight away. Got more than one screen? You can select which one displays the pop-up. By default, the notification appears from the moment your softphone, desk phone, or other device rings until the call ends — but even that timing can be tweaked to suit your preferences.

Handy features

Beyond the on-screen pop-up, the OpenCRM Bubble connector gives you even more time-saving tools:

  • Click to Dial: Call directly from OpenCRM with a single click on any phone number.
  • Multi-result search: If a number matches multiple records, quickly scroll through them.
  • Call history: See a full 90-day call log for any number, including who last spoke to the contact.
  • Call notes: Create and attach notes to a record during or after a call — they’ll also appear in Bubble’s call history.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Log in easily and securely using your Microsoft, Google, or Apple account.

Automation and customisation

Bubble also includes an Automations module to take your workflows further. Set up simple “If This, Then That” rules — for example, automatically open a call-note screen or trigger a custom script when a call starts.

Easy setup

Connecting Bubble and OpenCRM to your telephony platform is straightforward. The exact steps vary depending on your phone system, but all use a no-code, point-and-click approach — just connect and go.
