You can alter the length of any or all fields displayed in list views to a specified number of characters.
First, you need to think about what type of fields would you like to alter. If it all fields on OpenCRM or just one field across OpenCRM, or one field in a certain module.
If it is all fields in OpenCRM please just give the team the length you would like the field truncated to.
If it is a field across OpenCRM, please let us know the field name and the length you would like the field truncated to.
If it is a field on a certain Module in OpenCRM, please let us know the field name, the module name and the length you would like the field truncated to.
This needs to be done by the OpenCRM support team, it is not available in the end-user interface. Please contact our support department if you wish to implement this
