At OpenCRM, we treat your conversations with the utmost privacy; your interactions are never used to train our internal systems. However, because OpenCRM provides the interface and management layer for external AI Service Providers, the specific data handling and model training rules are set by the provider you choose to use.

Below is an overview of how the three main AI providers handle your data privacy:

ProviderModel Training Policy (via API)Data Retention Period
OpenAINot used for trainingUp to 30 days
ClaudeNot used for trainingUp to 30 days
Google GeminiNot used (Paid) / Used (Free)Typically 24 hours (cache)

OpenAI

OpenAI guarantees that any information sent via its API is excluded from its model training datasets. Your inputs and outputs are kept for a maximum of 30 days to monitor for misuse and ensure service stability, after which they are permanently deleted (unless a longer period is legally mandated). While authorised staff may review data for safety compliance, it is never utilised to teach their AI.

Claude by Anthropic

Anthropic does not utilise data processed through the Claude API to train its models without your explicit consent. On the backend, data is generally stored for 30 days to facilitate the service, unless a specific bespoke contract dictates otherwise.

Google Gemini

For users on paid tiers, Google does not use your prompts or results for machine learning training. However, if you are using free/unpaid services, Google may use your data to refine their products. In these instances, human reviewers may examine and annotate data to improve quality, though Google aim to decouple this information from your account identifiers first. Google also uses "caching" to speed up responses, storing content for up to 24 hours.

Please Note: If you choose to integrate a different AI provider not listed here, we strongly recommend reviewing their specific privacy documentation. OpenCRM acts as the secure platform for these interactions, but the underlying data policies remain with the model provider.
