You can choose to have the pending and history subtabs sorted in ascending or descending date order. Each can be controlled independently so for example, you may want the Pending items to show the oldest items first which still need to be completed, whilst having the History show you the most recent interactions you have had with a record. There is a single setting that controls all pending subtabs across all modules and another which controls the History subtab. You will find these settings in Additional Settings.
